Fix issues with BWA3_Weapon_G28_Patrol
BWA3_Weapon_G27 is not a valid CfgWeapons entry.
Both BWA3_Weapon_G28_Patrol and BWA3_G28_Patrol are scope 1

Thank you for your merge requests. I added them all to our internal build and they will be part of the next update. Regarding the G28 Patrol I need to say that it's only existing because of backwards compatibility. That's also the reason for scope 1. When we first introduced the G28 we released it in both versions. The Patrol one is a kit to modify the normal G28 for better usage in a normal infantery role. The German army procured a couple of those kits, but it was never really introduced in normal service. That's why we decided to remove it when we reworked the G28 model. The classnames are leading to the G27 as it's closer to the G28 Patrol than the normal one. Therefore I reverted your stringtable change back to the G27 one.
