Eagle IV license plate not retexturable

License plate on the Eagle IV is not retexturable. bwa3_eagle\data\bwa3_eagle_co.paa does contain the license plate, but that one is not used, the one used is bwa3_common\data\bwa3_normteile_co.paa (information provided by @commy2), which is not part of hiddenSelections.

This is more of a request to add that to hiddenSelections or allow some way of changing it.
