General Issues With the Eurocopter Tiger

Version Info

BWMod Version 2.0

CBA Version 3.8.0

Issues

There are a few problems with the Eurocopter Tiger of the BWMod, which I will list here in (personal opinion) order of severity.

  1. There are no pylons settings, despite the Tiger using several different weapons systems that can seemingly be mounted in different configurations. This one is less of a bug and more of a feature request, really.

  2. The pilot's HUD does not tell you the actual point of aim of the .50 cal gunpod. It instead seems to put the crosshair way above the actual point of aim.

  3. The rotors of the Tiger don't have an animation for spinning very quickly, which makes the optics system on top of the blades in the gunpod variants very difficult to use (the rotor blades show up very brightly on thermals and it is near impossible to see anything below them).

  4. The laser marker is not aligned with the gunner camera on the gunpod variants of the Tiger. The marker seems to instead originate from where the turret would be on RMK 30 variants, pointing quite a way below where the player is trying to aim the laser marker. It can make targeting troublesome in some zoom levels (not the one shown in the image) due to the laser signature being the same color as the HUD elements.

I've included images to better illustrate what I mean, depicted in the same order as the above.
