Display of Clocknumbers in TIM should be relative to the turret
The Clocknumber display in the commanders optic is actual relative to the hull. It should be relative to the turret. Neither the commander nor the gunner have to care about the hull direction if the commander want to show a new target to the gunner.
Eg. the turret is on 3 o'clock and the commander sees a new target direct in front of the vehicle/hull he would say something like "new target at 9 o'clock". The gunner always look at his own 12 o'clock and the gunners 9 in this example is the 12 of the vehicle/hull.
This is no new issue.
